Subject: Identifications
The first two shots (0:00 through 1:50) aren't a Pathé fragment, but a near-complete print of Georges Méliès's 1906 film "A Mix-up in the Gallery" ("Une chute de cinq étages," Star Film Catalogue #789–790).

The rest of the video appears to be a complete English-language release print of a Pathé film, as evidenced by the rooster trademark visible on the scenery. The briefly visible intertitles read "A Father's Present," "Dismissal," "The Child's Idea," "The Pawnbrokers," and "A Fortunate Meeting." A letter insert reads (spoiler alert!) "Mr. J. Waller is engaged in my offices, from this date, as cashier. Sam Smith & Co." Here's hoping the film can be identified.
